Finding Specialists Within Your Insurance Network — Tips?

Has anyone found an efficient way to locate specialists that are covered under their specific insurance plan? I need to see a rheumatologist and it's been incredibly frustrating. I'm with AXA, TPA is NextCare, and I'm on the basic network. Here's what I've tried: 1. Called NextCare — they provided a generic hospital list, but half the facilities on it don't even have a rheumatology department 2. Called hospitals directly — three of them said they accept NextCare but not my specific network tier 3. Searched online — most hospital websites don't list which insurance networks they accept at the specialist level It feels like there should be a straightforward tool where you input your insurance details, select the specialty you need, and get a filtered list of available providers. Has anyone found a workaround? Or is calling every hospital individually really the only option? Any rheumatologist recommendations in Dubai would also be welcome.
