bupa vs cigna vs daman?

company is letting us pick between bupa cigna and daman enhanced for next year. anyone had experience with all 3?? mainly care about: - wide hospital network (dont want to be restricted to like 5 places) - direct billing that actually WORKS without preapproval drama every. single. time - maternity coverage (planning to start family soon inshaAllah) - dental would be nice currently on daman basic and its ok but they deny stuff and the preapproval thru some tpas is painfully slow. heard bupa sukoon elite is the gold standard but also the most expensive obviously what would u pick??

had all 3 over the years cos of different jobs lol bupa sukoon elite = the dream. go anywhere do anything almost never need preapproval. direct billing just works. but its expensive for companies so not everyone offers it cigna = solid middle ground. good network decent coverage. had one claim issue but sorted it with a phone call daman enhanced = its ok but u WILL hit limitations especially for specialist stuff. and if ur tpa is mednet god help u the approval process is so slow 😩

for maternity 100% go bupa if u can. they covered nearly everything for my wifes delivery at mediclinic. with daman we wouldve paid so much more out of pocket. the maternity coverage alone makes the higher premium worth it trust me
