gov vs private hospital for treatment: help pls

hey guys, so i'm kinda stuck rn between choosing a government or private hospital for some treatment. tbh, i have no idea which one is better for something like this. i’ve heard mixed reviews on both and it’s kinda stressing me out ngl. has anyone had experience with either, especially with places like paramount medical center or 180 one eighty clinic? any advice would really help, thx! 🙏
