What each one actually gives you: when it runs, whether you get a prescription or a sick note, whether medicine reaches your door, and which insurance networks it works with.
Pick yours and we’ll show which groups’ clinics work with it. That doesn’t automatically mean the video consultation itself is covered, so check before you book.
14 of the 16 services belong to groups whose clinics work with Neuron.
Run by Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s own health authorities. Most people don’t know these exist, so they’re first.

A specialist centre, not a general doctor service.
We read every one of these websites. These are the things almost none of them will tell you, and it’s only fair you know before you start.
Only 1 of the 16 publishes what it costs — and that one is free. Everyone else tells you at the point of booking, which makes comparing on price impossible before you start.
Only 2 of 16 say when the video service actually runs. Clinic opening hours are not the same thing, so we have not used them as a stand-in.
Almost none of them state that a video consultation specifically is covered. Accepting your insurance at the clinic is not the same promise. Ask before the call, and ask for it in writing.
Most let you filter by language once you are inside the booking flow, but almost none publish it beforehand. If it matters to you, ask when you book.
Everything above was taken from the providers’ own websites on 2026-08-11. Details change, so confirm before you book.
