What nobody tells you

We read every one of these websites. These are the things almost none of them will tell you, and it’s only fair you know before you start.

The price

None of the 13 services publishes what it costs. They tell you at the point of booking, which makes comparing on price impossible before you start.

The opening hours

Only 2 of 13 say when the video service actually runs. Clinic opening hours are not the same thing, so we have not used them as a stand-in.

Whether your insurance pays

Almost none of them state that a video consultation specifically is covered. Accepting your insurance at the clinic is not the same promise. Ask before the call, and ask for it in writing.

Which doctors, in which language

Most let you filter by language once you are inside the booking flow, but almost none publish it beforehand. If it matters to you, ask when you book.
