prostate screening - what age do men start here?

kinda awkward topic but my dad had prostate cancer so i wanna get checked. im 45 what age should men start screening in uae? does family history change things? my gp hasnt mentioned it once which worries me tbh is psa blood test enough or should i ask for more i know lots of arab men dont like talking about this but we need to normalize it. early detection saves lives wallah any urologists in dubai u would recommend? arabic speaking preferred but not a must
