thyroid issues anyone? need endocrinologist in dubai

just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and gp put me on levothyroxine 50mcg but i still feel like garbage honestly. fatigue, gaining weight, hair falling out. all the fun stuff lol need a proper endocrinologist not just a gp who looks at one number. my gp only tested tsh which apparently isnt enough?? u need t3 t4 and antibodies checked too from what i read online anyone got a good one in dubai? someone who actually takes time and doesnt just look at ur tsh and say "its fine" insurance is aetna if that matters
