my teeth r so yellow from karak chai addiction 😅 is professional zoom whitening worth 800-2000 aed or can i just use those crest strips from amazon?? tried the strips before and they helped for like 2 months then went back to yellow. is professional more permanent? also my teeth r already sensitive so worried about making it worse. anyone done it recently??

hey! i totally feel you on that karak chai addiction 😂. i’ve tried both, and honestly, the professional whitening did make a bigger difference for me. i went to a dentist in Dubai Marina, and they used the zoom system. it was more pricey (around 1.2k aed) but my teeth stayed whiter for way longer than just using the crest strips. as for sensitivity, my dentist mentioned that they can help with that during the process, so def check with them. when i went, they had some desensitizing options too. good luck! 🍵
