skin tightening stuff that actually works?? or all scam

im 42 and things r not as tight as they used to be 😅 jawline and neck mainly. not ready for surgery tho treatments i keep hearing about: - ultherapy - thermage - morpheus8 - hifu anyone tried any of these HERE in dubai? which one gave u actual noticeable results? not just "oh maybe slightly better" but like actually visible prices r all over the place. 5000+ for single ultherapy session?? also saw dr mihaela svorcina mentioned online for natural aesthetic stuff. anyone been to her?

did morpheus8 on lower face and neck. 3 sessions. results were noticeable but not dramatic honestly. some tightening and texture improvement. 3500 per session at a clinic in dhcc. if u want dramatic u probably need surgery eventually but for maintenance these r ok
