breast augmentation in dubai - anyone willing to share?

this is super personal i know but this community seems supportive so here goes. looking into breast augmentation had 2 consultations and got completely different recommendations: - one said 350cc silicone under muscle - other said 300cc above muscle prices were 25k to 40k aed. why is the difference SO huge?? mainly care about: - natural look (not bolt on look pls) - minimal scarring - experienced surgeon whos done loads of these - good aftercare if anyone is willing to share their experience id really appreciate it. recovery? complications? happy with results after few months/years? thank you for being open about this stuff 🙏
