tummy tuck after 3 c-sections - worth it?

3 kids all c-section and my stomach muscles are basically destroyed. doctor said its diastasis recti and exercise wont fix it i need abdominoplasty looking for good plastic surgeon in dubai who does post pregnancy body stuff. muscle repair + excess skin removal ideally if uve had it done: - how long was recovery?? could u look after kids or did u need help - did insurance cover any of it since its technically medically necessary - how much total - any regrets this is a huge decision for me so want to hear from ppl who actually went thru it not just sales pitches from clinics
