rhinoplasty in dubai anyone?? need help

ok so ive been wanting to get my nose done for like 3 years now and i think im finally gonna do it. problem is i have NO idea who to go to my friend went to some clinic in healthcare city and honestly her nose looks weird now so that scared me lol i was reading on reddit and ppl were saying dr basil hassouneh at novomed is really good? also someone mentioned dr stefano pompei at skin111. has anyone actually been to either of them?? my budget is like 20-25k aed but tbh if the dr is amazing i can stretch a bit more also is it better to go to plastic surgeon or ENT for nosejob? someone told me ENT is better cos they understand the breathing side too but idk plz help 🙏
