Paediatric ENT needed — son keeps getting ear infections 😩

my 3 year old has had literally 5 ear infections in the past year. every time we go to the pediatrician its another round of antibiotics but nothing is actually fixing the problem hes also snoring really loudly at night and sometimes it sounds like he stops breathing for a second which freaks me out. pediatrician thinks it might be enlarged adenoids anyone been through something similar?? what ended up being the solution — did your kid need surgery?? looking for a pediatric ENT in dubai whos good with small nervous kids. last specialist we saw was so rough my son was crying before the doctor even did anything we're in motor city but will go literally anywhere for someone good. insurance is metlife
